HHG EDUCATION AND TRAINING

This is a mandatory course for the benefit of Health care workers who need to be certified to carry on working in health care sectors with individuals with challenging behaviour, for example, Acute and PICU mental health hospitals. It focuses on interventions based on trauma-informed care. The course equips the trainees with the skills and confidence to champion a culture of Care, Welfare, Safety, and Security℠.  Certified candidates are required to do a refresher course every year to remain compliant. 

 The course is delivered in two ways;  new starters course and refreshers' course.

 1. Initial Course. (Fee £250) Meant for new starters doing the course for the first time. 

This is delivered in two ways ;

 (i). Blended - online (13 hours)and one-day classroom  session(6.5 hours)

 (ii). Two days Classroom session. 

 Candidates who register and pay up to 2 days before the start of the course will enjoy a 20% discount. 

 2. Refreshers Course  (Fees £125) 

(i) Blended - online and day classroom session 

(ii) day Classroom session. 

Candidates who register and pay up to  2 days before the start date will enjoy a 20% discount on course fees.
