Application form
To register with us you need to download the application form fill it in capital letters using black ink and scan all the pages using CamScanner app on your mobile phone(any scanner can be used) and email it to info@hhg-online.co.uk or upload it with your other documents using upload documents button above. You can use Camscanner to scan all the documents you want to use to support your application, like ID, Training certificates if you have any. You can download Camscanner app for free from app store or google and install it on your mobile device.
Fill in the whole form. You can send the application form without the occupational health part so we can register you and get you set up for work while waiting for the occupational health part to be completed. Take the occupational health form to your GP and ask them to help you complete it. When completed send the signed or stamped occupational health form back so that you can start getting NHS shifts.

Full Compliance Requirements
For you to be fully registered and start getting work with us you need to have the following mandatory requirements;
1. Right to work documents
2. Enhanced DBS
3. Mandatory theory health care training certificates.
4. Mandatory Basic life support training certificate.( Theory & practical)
5. Mandatory Health care Manual handling and moving (Theory & practical)
6. Mandatory safety intervention skills(MAPA ,PMVA or PRICE) (theory & Practical)
Health Care Mandatory Training & DBS Cost
1 Safety intervention (MAPA) is provided by us. It costs £250 for
starters and £150 for annual renewals. But if you are registered with
us you only pay £50 deposit and the rest is payable in instalments
after you start working with us.
2. Mandatory Courses( Theory, and practical ) cost £150. But if you
are registered with us you pay £50 deposit and the rest is recovered
after you start work with us.
3. DBS costs £65. For those without one. If you have, one email a
copy and update reference No. to us.
All payment are to be made by card via SumUP or bank transfer or deposit. Payment details will be sent to you by email or whatsapp.

STAFF RECRUITMENT
We are recruiting RGNs, RMNs, HCAs, & SUPPORT WORKERS DOCTORS & CONSULTANTS and ALLIED PROFESSIONAL
To join our agency all nursing care staff need to submit the following documents;
.1. Right to work in the UK(Passport or Birth certificate and NI for
UK national, BRP or Settled status documents for NON UK
nationals) and 2 passport size photos. NI. Please get a share
code from https:https://www.gov.uk/prove-right-to-work/get-a-share-code-online and email it to info@hhg-online.co.uk to prove your right to
work in UK
2. Proofs of address.(at least 3 months old) Proof of address can
be a water bill, Gas & Electric bill, council tax letter, lease
agreement, Bank statement, GP letter, NHS card,
Drivers licence, official government letter, TV licence but NOT
mobile phone bill
3. Relevant qualifications.
For Nurses, you need Nursing qualification and Nursing and
midwifery practising PIN. For Doctors, you need medical
qualification Degree Minimum and Practising Licence
4. A complete CV from the time you completed secondary school
with 2 professional references.
5. Proof of Mandatory Training certificates and for mental health
staff CPI Safety Intervention(MAPA) Blue Card/ Certificate or
MPVA certificate
6. Driving Licence if you have one.
7. Proof of vaccinations, Covid -19, Varicella TB, Hep B.
8. DBS certificate & DBS update services reference. Police report
for international applicants
For international candidates who want to apply for jobs in the NHS via our agency, you need to provide the following documentation;
1.Current Valid passport.
2. Nursing qualifications for nurses. National Nursing practising
authorisation certificate or registration certificate.
3. For carers and support workers you need proof of Red Cross
Basic First aid certificate.
4. For doctors medical degree and practising licence.
5.When you arrive in the UK you will have write conversion exams
to obtain a Nursing PIN or medical practising licence for
doctors.
6. At least two years of active service as a nurse or doctor with
traceable references is required.
7. Two written reference letters with contact details (phone &
professional job email for referees.
8. Proof of vaccinations mentioned above.
9. Proof of English test (TOEFL) For this find, out from the British
embassy or council about relevant English tests required.
10. Proof of enough money to support your self for at leats one
