Teachers and tutors who want to work with us are required to meet the eligibility criteria outlined below. Every DBS check will be followed by a risk assessment of the applicant.

To become a PassPlus Webline School or an Inservices Training teacher/tutor, you need to have the following;
- Qualifications
- HND/Degree or above in a vacancy-related subject.
- Enhanced up-to-date DBS or DBS update reference.
- Preferably QTS or overseas equivalent, but not essential.
- Those without QTS or Teaching experience need to attend an introductory teaching course to get them ready for teaching.
- Have completed a short course on safeguarding children.
- Ability to teach using Zoom.
2. Electronic Teaching facilities.
- Computer
- Webcam
- Zoom app.
- Document viewer.
- Reliable broadband preferably fiber optic or 4G or above.

Teachers recruited will have an option to teach online in mainstream schools or attend in-school classes. The pay rate for online teaching will be 20% less than in-school class teaching.
PAY RATE
- QTS or Overseas Equivalent holders
- From £125 per day for in-school teaching.
- From £22 per hour for online teaching.
More experienced teachers will get more.
2. Non-QTS holders
- From £110 per day for in-school teaching.
- From £18 per hour for online teaching.

HOW IT WORKS
Enrolling for Class teaching.
If you are interested in teaching a class online you have to fill in the contact form requesting for teacher registration form. The form will then be emailed to you. Once you complete the form scan it and scan all the other required documents(Current passport size photo, Right to work documents, DBS certificate and DBS reference & qualifications) and email them back to us using info@hhg-online.co.uk.
Private Tution Introduction Fee.
If you are interested in providing private one to one or group tution there is a one off student introduction fee of £15 per subject to paid. Please enrol to receive emails about tutoring jobs.. Once the fee is paid, you will be allocated students to teach.
Online teaching Ethics.
Please make sure all communication with your students under 18 years of age are to be done via their parents or legal guardians unless parental/ guardian consent has been granted. Please ask for a consent form and let the parent/guardian complete it and email it you. Send us a copy for your file.
