It was established as part of the Hibajene Hamusokwe Group Ltd(a UK registered company No.12529842) by a highly qualified team with vast experience working in both the Education and Health Care sectors for over a decade. The team fully understands the needs of the health care sector as it evolves with the constant increasing demand of health care services.

What we do
We specialise in recruiting and supplying both temporal and permanent medical staff to cover shifts and fill vacancies in Residential Homes and Hospitals. We recruit Doctors, Nurses, HCA, Support workers, and Health care professionals( Radiographers, laboratory Technicians, Scanning specialists) from the UK and overseas. We also provide staff for private live-in clients.
Our Business activities also include, supplying and repairing medical equipment, supplying PPE( gloves, Face masks, face shields, infection control medical gowns, sanitisers etc)
Recruitment and Training Policy.
Under this policy we engage the services of credible third party checking service companies such as Ucheck to ensure all our staff members are vetted and have a current enhanced DBS, correct right to work documents. We also engage competent trainers to make sure our staff receive up to date quality mandatory training such as Basic life support, Manual handling, HSE, diabetes awareness, medicine administration, dementia awareness, safe restraining procedures( MAPA and MPVA). Apart from that we ensure that all our staff are Biosafe compliant , that is they have all the required vaccinations( Vericella, Hep B, TB, Covid 19, to protect themselves and service users from infections.
Quality Assurance
Quality assurance is achieved through a range of policies and guidelines in line with CQC and DOH guidelines. We follow our strict policy framework which include but not limited to Recruitment and Training policy, Diversity and inclusion policy, Health and Safety policy, Safe guarding policy, etc.
As part of our quest to stay compliant with CQC, we constantly review our policies in line with CQC and DOH standards to ensure our candidates are fully compliant to provide the best health care where ever they are sent to perform their care duties.

What we do
As a Live-in care introductory agency, our job is to assess your care needs carefully and look for suitable live-in carers to support you. We take great care when recruiting live-in carers on your behalf. We make sure that they have all necessary documents and update training to enable them to deliver CQC recommended care. Even though we are not CQC registered yet, to manage your care we strive to maintain CQC standards of care by equipping our job seekers with updated CQC recommended healthcare mandatory training.
For us to deliver on your recruitment assignment, all we ask you is to give us more details about the preferred live-in carer of your choice. Then we will set about checking our job seekers list and suggest their names to you. Once you select the right candidate, it then becomes your responsibility to recruit and employ them directly.

All applicants for Live In
Employees are expected to follow the given policies and proceedures as required by the Employer.
Complete all duties outlined in the Clients' care plan.
If in doubt please contact us.
We offer rates from £700 or more per week depending on the demands of the care package.
You will be paid according to the negotiated and agreed rate with the Employer.
As the introductory agency introducing you to the client we shall try to get you a rate above £750 per week plus introdcutory fee paid by the client to us.
